Why I became a Therapist:
Inspired by the transformative support of a dedicated therapist during childhood, I pursued a career in therapy to provide similar guidance and empowerment to others. My approach focuses on helping clients realize their potential beyond their mental health challenges, fostering a sense of being seen and understood. Knowing that my work can make a meaningful impact on someone's life, even if it is just one person, is deeply fulfilling.
Describe your therapeutic approach and what makes it unique?
My approach is a combination of self-awareness, cognitive insight, and empathy. I help my clients understand and reframe their thoughts and empower them to tap into their inner resources with self-compassion by accessing different parts of themselves. My approach aims to support emotional and psychological healing by meeting them where they are at each session.
