Founder’s Story: Dr. Stacia Deiro

When the pandemic began, I was working one-on-one with clients in private practice and quickly reached capacity. The need for therapy was skyrocketing, and turning people away didn’t feel right. That was a pivotal moment — I realized I could create something bigger than myself.

Provia Psychology was born out of that realization: a group practice in Newport Beach and Long Beach built on collaboration, cultural sensitivity, and a shared commitment to making high-quality therapy accessible.

At Provia, our mission is clear: to provide therapy that is inclusive, culturally aware, and responsive to the diverse needs of our Southern California community. We believe that people thrive when they feel seen, supported, and understood.

Our team of therapists share this vision, offering specialties ranging from ADHD and autism support to career counseling, trauma recovery, and life transitions. By working together, we’re able to serve individuals, couples, and families with the kind of care I once wished was easier to find.
