Why I became a Therapist:
I went into therapy because I believe deeply in the power of relationships and in helping people understand how their past has shaped who they are today. My own experiences taught me how meaningful it can be to feel truly seen and understood, and I wanted to create that kind of space for others while helping them discover their own capacity for growth and change.
